A well-deserved win in Madrid for Australia's favourite seafood chef, restauranteur and cookbook author Josh Niland.
The accolades continue for Josh Niland, after opening his fourth restaurant in Sydney, Australia with his partner Julie, publishing two cookbooks (one of which won Book of the Year at the James Beard Awards), and revolutionising the seafood industry with his head-to-tail philosophy.
Josh has won the Best Chef Innovation Award at The Best Chef Awards 2022 in Madrid for his passionate work on sustainability. Not only that but he was also ranked 78th on the list of the 100 Best Chefs in the world (and was the only Australian on the list!).
