Shaking up the table game: NRxTMH self-stabilising table base featured in The Local Project

Our limited-release collaboration with award-winning designers Tom Mark Henry has been covered by the design-lovers at The Local Project.

At NOROCK, we love a good collaboration, so when we met the incredible designers of Tom Mark Henry it was a no-brainer to join forces in the fight against the wobbly table. And so the NRxTMH self-stabilising base was born, encompassing our Lunar self-stabilising base with a breathtaking column representing the undulating shapes of Western Australia’s varying coastal landscapes and available in a rich, timeless colour palette.

But the collaboration didn’t stop there, we also partnered up with furniture designer Jack Flanagan to craft these magnificent table tops, colour blocked to match the table bases. This product was launched amidst a flurry of excitement at Milan Design Week.

All this, and more, has been covered in an article in The Local Project, written by Brett Winchester: Celebrating Origins – NRxTMH by NOROCK and Tom Mark Henry.

The NRxTMH self-stabilising table base has begun rolling out into venues worldwide, and it’s been exciting to see this embrace in the elevation of dining. This base is ready to stun in any setting, now available in two sizes — 17″ and 21″ — and three different heights — dining, counter and bar.

With more collaborations in the pipeline, NOROCK is always excited to push the boundaries of both form and function. Stay tuned for more exciting developments!
