A slice of Paris right in Sydney’s Potts Point, Bistrot 916 opened in February 2021 to much enthusiasm. Headed by renowned chefs Dan Pepperell and Michael Clift and sommelier Andy Tyson, the collaboration is clearly one of both style and substance.
