Dandelion, from the mind of 2021 Hospitality Operator of the Year winner John Parker is a two-storey bar, restaurant and distillery seating 500 people. Having opened in early 2022, Dandelion is already receiving accolades, including being named in the top 100 best restaurants in the West Australian Good Food Guide 2023. Their menu offers Asian-inspired cuisine from their “rotisserie grill and wood-fired oven, adding deeply charred soul to fresh dishes” and promotes fresh Western Australian produce, equally, you’re welcome to grab a seat at a bar table and have a glass of Rosé.
West Australian interior designer MJA Studio designed the incredible interior of Dandelion. MJA wanted Dandelion to “feel like somewhere you want to linger for hours, settling in as the first glimpse of sunset appears across the balcony above, and settle into the dark, ambient space, unravelling the visual and gastronomic offering it has to offer its visitors.” Detail-oriented, MJA curated everything from the marble table tops to the eclectic colour palette and mixture of tiled floorings. One of the details they’ve taken care to include is our Trail self-stabilising table bases in both bar and dining heights, this offers a stable dining experience free of wobbles, while still looking stylish.
MJA Studio worked with our national distributor James Richardson Furniture (JRF). JRF not only know a thing or two about functional furniture but can also ensure your bar and dining space is design-led. This goes hand-in-hand with NOROCK, our award-winning table bases have won both the Red Dot and Good Design Awards.
So, what are you waiting for? Get your shopping done and then relax at Dandelion.
