Sal’s Pasta Deli beckons with more than just its distinctive arched brick facade – it’s a journey to the heart of Italy, designed by Milieu Creative and enhanced by NOROCK’s NRxTMH self-stabilising table bases.

Sal’s Pasta Deli isn’t just a deli; it’s a slice of Italy in Cottesloe, thanks to the culinary passion of founder and chef Paul “Sal” Salmeri. With eight years of culinary exploration throughout Italy and a CV that includes London’s The River Café (previous chefs include Jamie Oliver), Sal returned to Perth in 2014. His dedication to fresh pasta and seasonal Italian fare materialised in the opening of his namesake deli.

Patrons can dine alfresco in style at Sal’s, with NOROCK’s collaboration with the acclaimed interior design studio, Tom Mark Henry, the NRxTMH table base found right out front. Our innovative table base introduces a burst of colour to Sal’s, who opted for our Leeuwin Blue colourway which draws inspiration from the oceanic shades off Western Australia’s shores – a fitting choice for the seaside suburb of Cottesloe.

The heart of Sal’s lies in its daily crafting of fresh pasta using Mulino Marino 100% organic & biodynamic flour from Italy. The front cabinet showcases a tempting array of pasta in all shapes and sizes, alongside gluten-free options. For those seeking more than pasta, baguettes, charcuterie boards and more await. Pre-prepared meals, including lasagne and eggplant parmigiana, provide convenient options to take home so you can recreate the experience at home with Sal’s pantry items.
