What an incredible time we had at BDNY 2024! From our booth to the BD MainStage, NOROCK couldn’t have asked for a more vibrant showcase.
Partnering with Simply Tables, booth 968 celebrated the creativity, innovation, and functional beauty that make our self-stabilizing tables the go-to solution for architects and designers. Our booth design was inspired by David Thompson Architect’s beautiful interior design work for Indigo Road Hospitality’s Indaco, Atlanta. You may have seen us at BDNY 2023 or BDNY 2022? We love to reinvent our booth each year!
A mainstage marvel
BDNY’s MainStage stole the spotlight, and we’re thrilled to have sponsored this show-stopping space. Designed by Watts & Dray and inspired by the futuristic allure of 55 Cancri e, the setup transported visitors to an imaginative landscape featuring our self-stabilizing table bases paired with bespoke tabletops by Simply Tables. Seeing our tables in action was a definite highlight — no wobbling meant there was no distraction from the panellists on stage.
Architects’ and designers’ top choice
NOROCK has become synonymous with reliable and beautiful table solutions for design professionals worldwide. Our patented self-stabilizing technology ensures stable, wobble-free tables without sacrificing style, catching the attention of everyone from restaurateurs to hoteliers. We showcased a selection of our table bases, each one crafted to fit different aesthetics and environments, from restaurants to workspaces. Collaborating with Simply Tables allowed us to present a cohesive, quality-driven solution for commercial interiors — a true crowd-pleaser.
Award-winning design recognition
Celebrating our latest accolades was another highlight at BDNY. Our NRxTMH table base, created with award-winning design studio Tom Mark Henry, recently earned a Good Design Award and was a top 3 finalist at the Hospitality Design Awards. Along with our previous Good Design Gold Award and Red Dot Design Award wins, these honors underscore the precision and engineering expertise that define NOROCK’s products. Visitors were keen to learn more about the NRxTMH collection and our exciting pipeline of future collaborations — stay tuned for what’s next!
Cheers to innovation: Australian wine afternoon
We hosted an Australian wine afternoon at the booth, and it was a fantastic way to relax, connect, and share our story. With a glass of Australian wine in hand, guests mingled with the NOROCK team, learning about the technology behind our self-stabilizing tables, our 35-year journey in stabilization, and our dedication to sustainable practices inspired by our southwest Australian roots. It was a perfect blend of insights, innovation, and, of course, “Aussie” charm.
Featured in Hospitality Design’s must-see products
We were so excited to feature in Hospitality Design’s Boutique Design Fall 2024 – The BDNY Issue. Named a must-see product on the trade fair floor (and your floor!), our NRxTMH self-stabilizing table base was showcased at the recently commended Latteria bar. Read more about our feature.
