From its breezy ambience to its delectable offerings, every element at Bobby’s is curated to evoke a sense of carefree enjoyment. And amidst this seaside sanctuary, one can find the perfect harmony of functionality and aesthetics embodied in NOROCK’s self-stabilising table bases, with designers Tom Mark Henry selecting both our limited release collaboration with them, the NRxTMH table base, in dining height Jarrah Brown and bar height Leeuwin Blue, as well as our popular disc base Lunar in white.

Bobby’s owners Adam and Kylie Micola want their diners to feel like they are on holiday, an ethos Tom Mark Henry understood implicitly. From the Travertine pavers to the wavy mirror, every detail was considered, and so when it came to selecting the ideal table bases, NOROCK emerged as the obvious choice. Crafted with precision and designed to perfection, our bases seamlessly integrate into the restaurant’s aesthetic, enhancing both form and function.

The creative minds at Tom Mark Henry were excited to use our limited-release collaborative self-stabilising table base for this project, and Bobby’s inviting atmosphere is made even better by the lack of wobbly tables. Whether it’s a cosy dinner for two or a lively lunch with friends, our table bases provide the stability needed for an uninterrupted dining experience. What’s more, they work effortlessly on Bobby’s paver flooring.

In the words of Cushla McFadden, Director of Tom Mark Henry, the selection of NOROCK bases for Bobby’s was more than just a practical decision; it was a nod to the restaurant’s ethos of fun and enjoyment. “They are beautiful, they work well, they seamlessly fit into the concept with the colours that they come in,” she remarks. Inspired by the vibrant hues of the coastline on the other side of Australia, these bases not only serve a functional purpose but also contribute to the overall aesthetic narrative of Bobby’s.

As patrons indulge in Bobby’s menu, they are also treated to the incredible view of Cronulla Beach. It’s their commitment to excellence that sets Bobby’s apart, making it a destination where every aspect of the dining experience is meticulously curated for maximum enjoyment.

Bobby’s invites guests to a laidback journey into the coastal charm of Cronulla. As the waves gently lap against the shore, and the scent of fresh seafood fills the air, one thing is certain—Bobby’s is more than just a restaurant; it’s a celebration of the good life.

Bobby’s: 6R The Esplanade, Cronulla, Sydney

The concept of Bobby’s is in the pursuit of fun and having a good time, and that’s what we resonated with when it came to specifying the NOROCK bases for this venue. They are beautiful, they work well, they seamlessly fit into the concept with the colours that they come in, the venue is by the coast and the colours are inspired by the West Australian coastline so we thought it was a nice fit to then specify them to sit by the water.
